Monchengladbach - Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder official hook-owned Borussia Dortmund, Jonas Hofmann. 23-year-old winger signed Gladbach until 2020.No mention of how the cost incurred Gladbach to get Hofmann. However, some German media call them issued 8 million euros.

"The arrival of Jonas Hofmann is compensation for the loss of a winger to be pulled due to injury," said Sporting Director Gladbach, Max Eberl, as reported by Soccerway.
"However, we see this transfer as a long-term plan to strengthen our squad. Jonas is already showing in Mainz and Dortmund Bundesliga that he is a talented player," said Eberl.

Hofmann digaet Dortmund from Hoffenheim in 2011. He had played for Borussia Dortmund II, before becoming a member of the main squad Dortmund in season 2013/2014.However, he failed to retain its position in the main squad. Last season, he was loaned to Mainz, but only played 10 times in the Bundesliga because of an injury plagued.

This season, the new Hofmann played 7 times for Dortmund in the Bundesliga. But not once did he appeared full. Four times he was replaced before the game ended, three times he played as a substitute.(roz / raw)
